Our Process

01 Consult

We start with a conversation to understand the architectural intent, spatial context and functional requirements of the project. This early stage allows us to advise on aesthetics, light control, thermal performance and project needs — ensuring window treatments are considered as part of the overall design.

02 Walkthrough & Measure

A detailed walkthrough allows us to assess orientation, structure, access and construction conditions first-hand. Accurate measurements are taken with consideration for ceiling details, glazing, stack-back allowances and any architectural constraints, ensuring all solutions are technically resolved before progressing.

03 Quotation

Following consultation and site assessment, we prepare a detailed quotation outlining scope, specifications and lead times. Each quote is tailored to the project, reflecting the level of customisation, materials selected and technical requirements involved.

04 Ordering

Once approved, all products are ordered through our network of specialist suppliers. We manage coordination, timelines and communication throughout this stage, ensuring each element aligns with the agreed specifications and broader project program.

05 Installation

Installation is carried out with care and precision, coordinating with site schedules to achieve a seamless process. Final quality checks are completed to ensure every system performs as intended and the final outcome meets our standard of excellence.
